Privacy policy

How Pixel Pro Graphics collects, uses and looks after your personal information.

Who we are

Pixel Pro Graphics is a printing business based at 26 Windsor Rd, Slough SL1 2EJ. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us on 07588 567679 or at info@pixelprographics.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote for and produce your printing:

  • Your name, business name, phone number and email address
  • Details of the job you are enquiring about
  • Artwork and files you send us for printing
  • Delivery or collection details where relevant
  • Records of orders and correspondence

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, take payment, and keep records of work completed so that reprints are straightforward. We may contact you about an order in progress.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Artwork and files

We keep customer artwork on file so that repeat orders and amendments are quick and consistent. If you would prefer us to delete your artwork after a job is complete, just tell us and we will.

Sharing your information

We share information only where it is necessary to complete your order — for example with a courier delivering to you, a specialist supplier producing part of a job such as embroidery, or our payment provider. These parties only receive what they need to carry out that task.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records and correspondence for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations, typically six years. Artwork is retained so reprints are possible, unless you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it.

To exercise any of these, contact us on 07588 567679. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and this website

This website uses fonts served by Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page. These services are provided by Google and may set cookies or record your IP address when those elements load. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date shown at the top.

This policy is a general template written for a small UK print business. Have it reviewed against your actual practices — and by a legal adviser — before you rely on it.
